Running Post #5

Ran Monday and Tuesday.  Felt like crap on Monday and forced myself to do 3.5 miles.  I don't think I ran faster than 8:15 miles.  Tuesday, felt much better and ran 4 miles at 7:45 pace.   
I really need to run today..but I have my hiphop aerobics class to attend and I am going to be performing moves that white girls should not do.  I might be too incapable to do anything after my weekly embarrassment.
