I'm Back!

Ok...So I am back running and exercising!  I started on Monday and ran 3 miles and then will start a new exercise class for 10 weeks...6 days a week on Saturday.  Call me crazy that I am going to run and do kickboxing, but I figure if I am going to be exhausted, I might as well do it looking good!
